As a Client you are dealing with an individual who has extensive management experience in mineral exploration as well as applied geology on mine sites. Phil and has worked at an Executive level in junior and mid-tier mining and exploration companies for 18 years.  From a business perspective Phil has a sound grasp of corporate and operational factors related to the resource sector, and mineral exploration and mining in particular. He is highly experienced in

• Board related technical decision making, and dealing with financial institutions and investors;
• Strategic planning and implementation of such plans in the mineral and mining sector;
• Business development of mineral properties;
• Planning and implementing generative / greenfield to brownfield mineral exploration programmes, budgeting and permitting;
• Mineral Resource management, in particular applying geology on developing and operating mines, in terms of orebody modelling for mineral resource and reserve estimation;
• Management of generative exploration programmes in terms of defining new geological terranes, target prioritization on exploration properties, and peripheral to mining operations;
• Conducting Due Diligence studies, fatal flaw analyses and valuations on mining operations, development projects and exploration properties.

As a Client, you are dealing with a very experienced and diverse geologist. Technically Phil has developed key skills in the exploration, discovery and mine development of various mineral deposit types, including gold (hard rock and alluvial), gold-silver, gold-copper, copper, copper-lead-zinc, tin-tungsten, heavy mineral sands (titanium, magnetite, zircon etc.), and andalusite.  He has a firm grasp of metallurgical flow process and applied extraction technology applicable to the various deposit and commodity styles. The geological settings, metallogenic significance and economic thresholds of these deposits are well understood. Application skills include

• strategic and corporate investment scenario assessments and analyses, including political risk and country lead-in tactics, government liason;
• exploration for mineral deposits using metallogenic terrane and tectonic analyses with integrated structural geology and GIS evaluation;
• design and targeting criteria of mineral exploration programmes, integrating appropriate geophysical, geochemical and geological surveys;
• 3-D geological and orebody modelling, and evaluation;
• mineral resource and reserve estimation;
• economic assessment and financial modeling of mineral deposits to Bankable standard;
• management and compilation of pre-Feasibility and Feasibility studies;
